Hi,

I would like to activate a phone number on my ebay account where my VPS location is. But im not sure if im looking at the right numbers.
I have checked the location here allareacodes.com/area-code-lookup/
Now as an example New York Area Code is 212.
So this is the number that the telephone number starts with right? (example: +1(212) 752-0717)

Yes the first 3 digits of a phone number (in your example 212) is the area code. For your stealth account you don't have to activate the phone in the same exact city as the IP. The same state is good enough.

It's needed an IP close to the fake address he gona use for his stealth or doesn't matter?

When you first create the account, your IP should be in the same state as your stealth address. You'll be fine if the IP is in one or two states over but best to have one in the exact state as your stealth address if you can.

After you create it, you can use an IP in any state as long as it's in the same country (but again, you'll usually want the IP to be within a few states if possible).

I can help you with real usa phone.but no start with 212.
It is no very strict with ebay we need same city phone to activate
