Does FB allow targeted ad buying with dynamic urls that could pull in location of user. For instance if I have a restaurant review site can I put in an ad with a url parameter or restaurantreviews.com/location_parameter and I want it to be an ad that says Find The Best Restaurants in "Location" that changes the url and ad for each user based on where they live? If anyone has this info and can show me how to do it I will gladly pay for your help.
