Locally hosted LLM for writing copy?

I'm hoping to find a program that takes your written pieces, then spits out new pieces in your same voice. The biggest thing, though, is finding one that just lives on a desktop and isn't feeding into some larger database.

Have you found anything like this & do you think it performed well?

Deepseek is opensource, you can host it on your machine… just check system requirements it’s quite expensive.

But feels to me there’s some misconception in your words, llms don’t save your text to their memory. “Learning” phase is completely separate and even more expensive.

Why do I feel you this will still need to feed on some information on the internet to.make.it better
Except where those information are subject to constant changes
