Does anyone know of a way to target facebook users from a certain town or city?

You can put friends into lists. You can then invite only those on that list to pages. You can target getting friends from certain cities by clicking on someone from the city you want to target, click see all/Browse/Chose-an-option/By City/From

the better way is, go to those city group or event and u can grab thm by using ffb...
