1. I did 3 transactions in localbitcoins ..ans they went well. Yes they are trusted because seller's Bitcoin are kept in escro account for around 72hrs. of payment.
2. the site automatically creates wallet when you sign up. When you buy BitCoins; they gets add up in your wallet on the site.
3. There are a lot of seller there. Some accepts paypal; some don't. The payment method which they accept are usually written in their description box.

Actually; yes.
All you have to do it to transfer the money from send money option to your another bitcoin wallet through the Wallet link. Then you can trade on that another site.

May i ask if you have ever tried to withdraw money to your bank acc?

1) The site itself is trusted, anyway it comes down to the seller you're dealing with. If some one has a descent reputation I'd go for a deal of 1k or less without a doubt.
2. blockchain {d0t} info
3. There are sellers who accept PayPal, though, due to high fraud, most of them may require some additional verification (documents, account screenshots etc) and/or do no more than 100$ a time, at least for first deals.

Also if you paying thru paypal, get ready to pay a high percentage above the actually bitcoin price

They are ok, but too much fees , you need to sent id and make a btc wallet preferred desktop wallet , i found one guy from there and i am using him every time i want btc
