So this is new... I've been using LocalBitCoins to buy bitcoin whenever needed (for years now), and now I get this bs message above? I'm in California, - they just shut off bitcoin availability to 39million people?

Do they no longer offer service to people in California?

They Dont provide service in CA Peoples some of their TOS
