As per recent changes, Localbitcoins will now ask you for KYC if your trade volume in last 12 months is on higher side.
Localbitcoins also asking for KYC for high trade volume

Ok, some questions for you:
1) What is that 12 month volume after which you will be asked for this ?
2) When was this implemented ?
3) What is the error you will see if you do not give KYC ?

Localbitcoins is still my favorite place to buy and sell bitcoins. Hope KYC thing doesn't make things too difficult for large traders here.

As they probably should. It's real money. If they simply allow Jon Doe the authorities will probably fine them.
