What is the best way for an e-cigarette shop to reach local audience. Any suggestions?

have you tried attend any local city events and passing out cards, placing flyer on pin boards at donuts shops and washaterias, you can also go round to other local businesses and introduce yourself and make friends they may have some leads.

You want to reach other local businesses or local consumers?

If it's the first you should see if there is a chamber of commerce in your area.

But if you want to reach the consumers I suggest online advertising.

I do suggest to use local classifieds websites that is within your locality. Or, you can create a facebook page, with your business on it, and pay Facebook ads to run and pick the demographics of your target market and start from there, and see how it goes. Also, do give away promos or freebies, be the talk of the town so that the word will start spreading.

I‘d suggest that you research about whether if there is any local communities with discussions centered based around e-cigarettes as to my memories there are many things to be talk about such as the mods, juice % or whatever VG/PV etc.

In these communities, there will be a few "guru" level people that are experienced and many listen to them. You can offer your products to them for reviews and such, which will essentially provide self-advertised value to all your e-cigarette products when these people answer questions directed by interested parties.
