Local Service Ads Suddenly Suck And No Longer Work?

Hey guys wondering if anyone can shed some light or help me out. I run an agency and manage around 8 clients all using local service ads from google. Most clients get a shit load of calls and stay that way, now all of a sudden one of my clients has tanked in call volume, zero calls after getting 40 calls the prior month. He doesnt even show up in serps. I have tried contacting google numerous times, they dont speak english and always "Escalate the matter" never to hear a response. Does anyone have any issue similar or any advice?

All clients are construction / electricians btw.

I've been using regular ads and they've been working as usual. Haven't been using Local Service ads at the moment.

Thanks for posting this. I thought something was wrong with my side.

I ran ads to one of my clients; he was able to book more appointments in October and November, but since the 1st week of December, he has been getting irrelevant calls, and the number of calls has drastically reduced. Something is wrong, for sure!
