Try a thing called citations or otherwise know as Local directory submissions and possibly a Google places listing if you are directly targeting your local keywords.

The keyword isn't the only factor here, for ranking high locally try getting some quality backlinks from sites in your country, that should help.

Ranking depends to a great extent on the niche as well as keyword competition.The problem that you are facing might be due to the reason that the Local competition is more as compared to the global i.e you have lots of other local strong aged authority sites fighting for the same niche and for the same keywords and as their back links are more trusted in Google hence it will take some time for you site's SERP to rise.

My competition is #1 global and local I am #2 global for this keyword. For different keywords (nearly 10 of them) I am #1, unfortunately only global, local its far far away. I was thinking that my directory backlinks are from different country and now I know that true. Is there (a must) something important to do if we speak about local? How did you guys ranging yours keyword locally? or there is no secret at all just directory local phone numbers?

See, every keyword has local and global significance...
First you have to decide whether local audience is your main focus or global audience.
Depending upon your choice choose your keywords and optimize it in respective way.

What if I rank keyword with is not a company or firm in background, but I want doing this local without any phone numbers submiting or address.. I mean is there a way to crawl my keyword only by de fr it ... search engine? I dont want c00m (sorry triggered moderation system ) ( after I posted this message I found idea to disallow in .httacces bots, but it will works? )
