LOCAL SEO

yes, you can also find some guides here on the forum too

Local SEO Ranking Summary Outline:

1. Verified GMB w / location preferable
2. On-page optimization including:
3. Client Trade area defined
4. Main Keywords and search volume
5. GEO Grid mapping for each main keyword and category
6. Reverse engineering of competitors
7. Proper Main and secondary Categories
8. Use of GEO modifier and Main Keyword in Name (if possible)
9. GMB optimized content
l0: Off-page optimization including
a. Citations - Major and Niche
b. Backlinks to main website
c. Local pages
d. Reviews

11. Increased CTR on both branded and Main KW search (valid methods)
12. Increased GPI - Trading Area Google Profile Interactions

All 2-10- above should focus on reverse engineering of the top competitors in the client's actual trade area. This can only be done with trade area definition (where 50 to 80% of the business gets their customers) and then GEO grid and evaluation of who controls the majority of GPS map packs for the actual trade area, not by city.

Is there any proven way to increase LOCAL SEO & grasp visitors
I also want to mention that while local GEO Grid maps are flawed due to where they actually pull their information from, they are a good indicator and the best way to target smartphones, the predominant choice for searching for local in almost every category. I think every indicator from Insights points to SEO contributing to dominance for clients in their chosen local category, but that's not the whole story. Google needs to give a search to everyone or they don't have a search engine that is fair. The myth that you own one of the top 3 positions is just not the case and while google maps are pretty stagnant, in order to provide search to all, the map pack is obviously on a cue system. We have a mapping system we developed that actually takes snapshots of sample GPS points and the map pack can change pretty significantly in minutes. Still, a targeted SEO program does increase dominance in the map pack over others in the cue, and various techniques can help make clients come up more often than their competitors and is definitely worth pursuing aggressively.

What's the difference between increasing CTR and increasing GPI?
Hi. In my SEO actions list on the post above, CTR (click-through rate) refers specifically to Anonymous CTR. This is best done through mobile 4G proxies in the general area of the business. Do not use proxies from a foreign land or even from another major city, but within proximity to the city where the business is located. GPI - Google profile interactions increase actions from actual local guides preferably in and around the local trade area. Google likes to see interactions with real local guides more than any other ranking factor in m opinion.

Some GPI Actions Include:
Keyword & Branded Searches
GBP Website visit
GBP Click to call (but be sure call tracking is not activated)
GBP Driving directions
GBP Ask question
GBP Check reviews
GBP Like reviews
GBP Views on posts
Best Actions
Google Sees Customer Drive To Location
Customer Leaves Review

Local SEO is more straightforward than country-wide or international SEO. It would be best if you researched it. I think you don't have to hire an expert for that. You can do it by yourself.
