Local seo question

Hello my business is very unique, and in my area of reach when I search a few different keywords on google no local listings pop up. Will it be easy and quick to show up then? And very poor local citation in yahoo is coming up so that will be easy as well too right?

also is google and yahoo different in the way they rank locally?

doyou have any tips for me, I just want my local listing to show up first because my website doesn't do much for customers, they'd rather call or show up at my shop.

Are you targeting the right keywords on your website? Sounds to me like you need to optimize your site by adding the name of your business or what you do + the local area (i.e. smoke bars in seattle)

I would suggest that you host the domain on a USA server.
