Guys Im trying to rank my services locally in google maps. I do graphic design, web design etc.

Lets say I want to rank for ''LOGO design''.

Should I create a landing page separate of the home page and head line it logo design buffalo, new york

and if I want to rank locally in my city for social media marketing

should i create another landing page called Social Media Marketing San diego, California

MY main reason of asking is because I offer more than one service How do I rank more than one service the best way in my local listings

You need to create every new page for every new service. And for URL structure, you can make it like domain.com/service_area/service

Or if you are providing same service in multiple areas, then you can make the url like domain.com/service/service_area

You must create a new page about your exclusive keywords.
 
Your initial plan to build region based service pages should be your primary strategy.

But Buffalo has a moderately competitive market for SEO/Web Design terms so it's going to take more than just organic landing pages to get any worthwhile positions

Create Google business for your company/website, get targeted local citations.

The same page for different service is fine, still having different pages will be finer IMO.
 
Yes you should create separate landing pages for each service, that way you get targeted traffic that way.
