Local SEO Organic Ranking Advise

Hey guys,

I'm working on SEO for a local business in Australia and am wondering what you think about getting a website ranked just organically for this niche (No GMB for this website). I'm open to using services on BHW for this :)

It's a service business, and the Google #1 position offers this as a service but doesn't specialise in it. Think a window cleaning business offering gutter cleaning services and ranking #1 for gutter cleaning. The site I'm working on is 15 pages and focuses on gutter cleaning only, so it specialises in this particular service and doesn't do windows at all. It also has long content (1000 words+ per page) and is optimised for On-Page SEO. The #1 position also has 600 words and 2 backlinks, definitely not using a PBN.

Monthly Search | 500

What do you think would typically be needed to rank organically for this?

Directory/Citations to Homepage ?
Forum Comments to Inner Pages ?
Eventually, local PBN links ?

Can anyone recommend a Marketplace service that could help?

The business owner doesn't want a GMB as he wants to create them separately. These websites are just designed for organic search rankings only with no GMBs linked to it.

You should put keywords in your content and make quality backlinks , you will start ranking upwards.
 
Always good are citations in your country, local blog guestposts or niche related blogs and of course on page optimization for local kw´s.
But the option is of course to get a GMB and rank it. It will help you the most

  • Prioritize and optimize GMB.
  • Update all NAP(+W) listings.
  • Solicit and respond to customer reviews.
  • Focus on ongoing optimization.
  • Be proactive with your Q&As.
  • Keep technical SEO top of mind.
  • Pay attention to the competition.
 
Start creating parasite pages with unique content related to your keywords. Use siloing of these pages and try to use images and locations in it. Create unique images as well. start getting backlnks from same niche or local websites in your area.
 
Does your client know that are planning to use PBN links on the website? Or he doesn't give a shit?
