Local SEO Multiple Location help...

I am focusing purely on getting companies listed in GP and then referring all natural seo to others. I have been running into the problem of some potential clients who want to do literally a few hundred listings across the us if I can solve the location issue. Since virtual office/ups suites are not very cost effective, I was wondering if you have a suggestion. I don't want to black hat the locations (I have in the past, and already know how to do that), since these will be long term clients. I have the phone issues solved.

Your insight would be appreciated.:D

Any one that knows how to edit and confirm a unconfirmed placement send me a PM, I have found some really good search terms that get 10K-200K monthly searches exact.

The only way I can think of is get a mailbox in that city and get a cheap phone number to verify it. I wouldn't think this would cost more than $120 /yr per city

Anyone know if Google Voice numbers can be used to verify GP listings?
 
if someone could share such info i would consider it a early christmas present

I just verified a listing using a Google Voice number.

Also I was thinking, Just use the local post office's address for your listing. If you verify by phone google doesn't check the address.
 
I keep running into the same thing except with 20 listings in one city. I used all phoney addresses they were up a couple of months and than down again.

If you don`t want to use Google voice phone numbers check out toss able digits or Vitelity for ultra cheap phone lines.

If anyone knows how to overcome the address issue or reliable re mailers I would appreciate it.

Mate can you explain what was reason for this?

they down cause?
1.you used 'phoney' addresses and they asked you to varify?(seems like not the case)
2.you had similar names in you listings?

Cause now i have the similat situation and doing a lot of SEO work, don't want my efforts to be useless. in my case the fake addresses is the only way i can go, but i want them to stay for long.
 
I never came up with an answer my friend. When I tried to relist it was like my phone numbers had been blacklisted. I even tried to do legit listings with sending a postcard to my home address and targeting service areas on each listing. That didnt work either.

In the mean time I blasted thousands of links with Scrapebox and some of my listing rose, some hopped over the map listings and some sunk.. I also did a huge run targeting 800 keywords with adwords. None of this is still as good as map/places listings. If you figure something out let me know.

So you wonna say that they just wasn't ranking? or Google Places listing was suspended?

Cause now putting efforts in main Google Place listing associated with my main site. It has real phone, real info, real site, real - services(moving), but not real address(but looking real as possible). How can google say that the address is not real?

I was thinking of getting Virtual address, but found a lot of cases when competiton compalins on you listing on google forums and virtual address is against the google policy. And it easy to spot! let say moving company has office in BIG CORPORATE BUILDING - that's when you comptetion complains...

In a lot of case that's your competition:

check this keyword Google MAP: "swift Lock nyc"

businesses F
Diligent key & deadbolt service

and E
Fortress Security Lock & Key

is the same guy(even the phone is similar)

and here is complain on him on google forums - search in google "Arties locksmith - Incredible spam".

I think it's possible to rank for multiple places with fake addresses, but you have to make them look like defferent real businesses.(cause there is no way to tell if address is real or not with out sending letter, and they are not doing it!)

This question has me stumped as well.
 
I know how to verify multiple adresses and verify unclaimed listings.I know the phone system is gone. Cost $1 each . p-m me if intresting with your e-mail skype judit-zolcsi1(i can not p-m yet) We can make some bartel. I need help my GP ranked.

I see lot of businesses are simply using home address and they are ranking well. But then again exposing the residential address is a privacy issue including some cities have rule not allowing certain type of businesses to be conducted from home. So Virtual office or mail box places etc. should not disqualify to be accepted on Google listings, where the business owner is actually using that for corresponding with public and conducting business i.e delivery and shipping.
In terms of phone #, any one had any issue using Cell phone number? I have a client wants to use his cell #.
 
No problem using cell phone in us. I have no clue about other country.
