I have one GMB and want to add some more in my city (different websites, niches, etc).

What is the best way to manage them without getting flagged? of course different emails but also IPs? VPN?

Does anyone have a good practical solution?

you can use cloudflare for your different domains and different gmails for each GMB.

If you want to be super safe then different browser profile and proxy for each one as well.

How do you add a different proxy to a browser?

try googling it. Firefox is one example of a browser with that functionality
