ive read somewhere that local seo is very different form normal seo but the thing is that i want to rank for some cities but i dont own a business so i dont have like a business address and phone number which i heard is good for local seo. so can some give me tips on how to rank for some cities

If you don't have an address to work with you'll never rank in the 7-box, but you can still rank in organic similar to what angieslist or home advisor does.

op couldnt you use your house number just alter a digit and your cell? Technically your site is a business and its out of your home?

He can only do that for one location though. However, he's trying to rank for several cities.
