I've recently watched a video on how to do local seo using Scrapebox to get a list of citations but what do you do after you get the list?

(new to this)

Forget using scrapebox for this - you'll be sorting through a bunch of sites that no longer approve submissions, charge too much for listings or that you otherwise simply can't get a listing on. You can get a list of over 100 of the top free working sites to list your business on at DirectoryBug - /top100 page.

What you want to do is create quality listings on these sites using the business Name Address and Phone number (commonly referred to as NAP) along with links to the business website and other properites, photos, keyword tags, and descriptions using the main target keywords. Stay consistent with the business name address and phone number format you use on all sites. If you are unsure of what format to use for the business address do a search for the address in Google maps and see what format Google recognizes and uses.

After that you go to oDesk and hire freelancer to build citations on these sites using your business details.
Or skip step 1 and step 2 and talk to Andrew Scherer, Blue Steel or Broland - top guys in Local...

Go to brightlocal.com, sign up for their free trial and run a citation report on your business. Run it again right before you cancel the free trial.

Trust me on this.
