What types of businesses do you guys target for local seo services?
Dentists, doctors, building contractors (roofers, flooring guys), hvac, RE agents, auto dealers/repair shops, the list goes on.
Just walk down a busy street in a big city and go door to door. It works pretty well if you can pitch them.
Depending on the size of the city
I prefer to target the less obvious businesses
Much easier to rank and keep your clients happy
Restaurants, bars, hotels, construction companies, roofers, snow removal, Automotive shops, local based businesses like veterinarians and sweet shops, and sometimes the Network Management (computer repair niche).
Look for the highest CPC markets in each locality, pick out the ones that aren't to saturated. Throw a spin on your method, and find a way to monetize the traffic
I don't focus on any particular company, but if I were, I would ask myself, "which companies stand to cash in the most for a single lead?" This is the same way I approach picking lead gen industries. I cleaning company might stand to make a couple hundred bucks per converted lead. A custom homes company, half a mil. Course the cleaning company is going to have more leads, but in my experience there aren't too many local cleaning companies doing a half a mil a year even.
Lot of good industry pics above.
People spending $500 a month or more on yellow pages ads, the package with their crappy "website" and "Local SEO".
You just find the right clients.
As people across america with your target keywords.
So that they run automatically follow your feed email
I think that I shall never see
a poem as lovely as you pee
tampered meter, stifled verse
and pure bullshit you do rehearse.
It's not just dribble that you drool,
all those words you failed in school;
meaningless trash your sphincter squirt
and in my brain, my mind doth hurt.
I am targeting Astrology Services.
I seem to get a lot of construction/home improvement-type clients. I don't target them though. I just keep getting referrals.
Here's a list that I've created of customers that make an average of a $1,000 or more per invoice.
These customers can easily afford: $4,995.95 Setup, $2,249.95 Monthly + Bonus + Trade
Each customer will pay a different price if you know sales.
Simply ask the prospect what their highest valued sales man gets paid.
That's how much they are willing to pay you for converting results.
Use a call tracking number and enjoy the passive income.
Agree with you!
Thanks, you have to be careful with the computer repair shops. They get an attitude when you tell them their HTML website that has broken hyperlinks is not modern anymore.
Very nice list.
that's my list
This is worth money and im in rep man
Are you serious?
My first client was a dentist and I have continued to focus most of my efforts on this niche. However, locksmiths have done well for me too.
