I'm looking for a real expert in local SEO that can create job leads for home services company nation-wide,

I have the technicians, knowledge and tools to make money offline, provide top quality home services (locksmiths, garage doors...) and I'm looking to find some help creating more jobs,

I'm not hiding nothing,
I'll send to these leads technicians to to the jobs (like i said locksmith, garage doors, carpet cleaning... )

You are looking for leads so those leads can sell you leads ?

ESL = English second language? yes it is..

Maybe I shouldn't use the word leads.. all I need is to get costumers to call my business when they need a service..
example: Someone locked out of his car I want him to find my website first or my local listing or anything else that will get him to call me!

The best bet is Google Places, Yahoo and organic SEO. People use smart phones most of the time. Google maps/Places listings are the top results. To do this nationwide fast, for multiple keywords, you need tons of business addresses, twillo phone numbers out the ass and this will be a massive amount of work. You need tons of outsource workers. It is very possible to do but to spend all of that time and investing money into various costs involved for someone you meet online hmmmm.



Best thing to do is to also create a large PBN for citations and backlinks as well. That's how the big companies do it. Also called in the old days Micro sites.

Nothing against foreign seo workers but many clients that have told me they used out of country SEO workers, well they build backlinks with hosting IP in other countries. This is bad for local seo.


This can be done but to invest so much time and money you would have to pay for expenses atleast. There is great costs involved to rank nationwide organically and in Google Places nationwide.

I also understand where your coming from, many SEO people and companies rip people off providing little results or none at all. My suggestion would be to hire a personal SEO manager who you can see everyday in your office. Let them teach you SEO the right way face to face. Feel confident that the worker really knows his stuff before paying a weekly salary.


You will never find anyone remotely to do this without money upfront for atleast the expenses and time involved. But this can also be throwing money down the drain for you. Its a hard situation and trust has to be earned nowadays.

SEODEMON thank you for you answer. I do know that the best bet is with google places unfortunately no one can really deliver listings with no address these days (everyone promise no one really provide)

While i know no one will work for free I also had experienced with paying money every month to companies that did not provide any results. I am willing to pay for listings because its a proven method for my business.. and I do not have a budget yet for in house SEO person :/

Yeap many SEOS rip you off simply. I don't like posting this in a public forum but here goes. One way to get addresses is to do what many are doing. They post ads nationwide on Craigslist offering 25-$45.00 just for people to use their address with Google as a business. You need real addresses! Google's new update to places listings is knocking out fake addresses. I hear from many about this plus I have 6 fake listings with addresses but no real living area. Just woods and trees. They were knocked down!

There are ways to do this but there is risk involved and a big budget to rank nationwide.

i know that way but CL keep dropping my ads.

BTW another question..
Do you think its important to use different ip address when you deal with your listings? do you think the SE keep truck of how many listing come from one IP?

Guys what dinos needs is very simple
He need someone to be able to create Google places/ listings with or without showing the address on multiple categories ie locksmith , garage door , carpet , and to push them to the front page of G00gle
I can put any list in any category anywhere in USA , and get it verified and live , but now after July /24th and the pigeon update that Google did to his local algorithm its very very hard to push those listings to the front page and get the traffic back
I have the system in place including all DID's from twilio and accounts for that and i have many live listings right now , but as i sad after this update its almost impossible to move them to the front SERP and all the methods that used to work before this don't work anymore.
there is a lot of money to be mad here and I'm also looking for someone with method to move them to front page even if it's for a few weeks , we can always replace them
now it's look like each location need a site and citations and links and all kind of SEO and it takes long time
If someone know how to push a list to the front pack please let me know
