Local SEA Question

Hi i have a complete white hat legal local company, but google suspended my Google Ads Account because of Payment stuff. But okay now i changed from Bank Account to Debit Card. But Google is not answering me for the last 10 days and the Ads Account is closed. So no local Ads and not normal Ads.

Is there anyway to solve my problem? Buying and old Google Ads Account with payment history ?
