Local Reviews

I'm in the process of setting up my various locations with citations and want to create my own in-house review system. Where do I begin?

Do I create multiple accounts and let them age before I start creating reviews or would it be better to outsource? I would like to have my own network. I want to specialize in local SEO for small businesses.

I've been using fivver gigs for this, but if you are doing any kind of volume you should look into the Glowing reviews service.

Have you personally tried them? I have heard of them before, but was unsure.
