I'm thinking of creating website for a local keyword but a lot of local keywords have google local results....

I'm thinking of ranking local keywords for businesses and offering to let them rent the site from me... but I also want to be #1 for Google local results... I want to have 2 results on the main page...

Can I make a google maps listing for my website? What do I put as the address? What if someone wants to stop renting my site... is there a way I can control and change all the Google Maps listing information?

Ive been looking into google places myself, honestly it seems far more competitive
to rank for a place than it does organic SEO. For me what im doing to get more than
1 listing on the home page is to just rank my website and also 1 or 2 videos I find
it much easier and less time consuming.

See for places you will need to have the address of the business, so google will send
them the confirmation letter, they will have the control and if they decide to stop
using your service im pretty sure ull lose that places listing as you cant just change
all of the details.

Sure they will get the confirmation, but will they get the password and account information as well?
