Anyone setup clients to do pay per call yet? It doesnt seem to hard to figure out what needs to be done to setup a client but Im wondering if any of You are doing this for your clients as of yet?

Yes, I have done it.

But I got the calls first and then pitched the leads.

I have a contract with a local company that buys a specific kind of leads, about half of them that come in I can't do anything with. I keep meaning to find another biz to sell this lower value leads to, but I've just got too much stuff going on.
 
I sell leads directly the business owners, its better this way and more profitable, just call them up, it's rare a business owner turns down more clients
 
Well, let's put it this way; operating your own lead agency widens the room for margins but it takes a lot more work and risk as well. Not only do you need to be calling unto businesses trying to sell your leads to but you also need to worry about getting paid by your clients.

On the positive, you can decide on terms such as minimum call duration time, payment settlement cycles, etc.

Make sure to get GMBs in cities where you have more takers, so in case someone does drop out you won't have a problem finding a replacement.
