Local pack question

I know that big G likes looks for keyword density in the name of a business for the local pack. My question is say the business's name is RR Roof Repair Atlanta. And it is ranking well for Atlanta Roof Repair. Is it possible to rank in the local pack for say "Commercial Roof Repair Atlanta". I know how to do it for organic. Does it boil down to creating another page and placing a lot of "commercial roof repair" content on it.

Are you talking about a page on your site or another Google+ business page?

You can only have one Google+ Business page per business. If Google finds out you have more than one, they will block one of them or maybe even both.
