Local/National SEO Leads

Hi.

I know a guy who seams to get at least 10+ leads every single day for SEO.
He dosent know much about SEO at all...

I cant figure out how he is getting them - is there anywhere i can buy 10 REAL SEO leads per day?

If you wanted to get 10 SEO leads per day how would you do it?
LOCAL would be good...

But i dont care if it is national

you can buy the leads or you can create a lead capture form and rank it high on the search engines. Its possible but its not easy. Its like any other business, it takes time.
