Hi guys,


i've couple of quick questions regarding local lead gen.


I'm from europe and i'd like to get a local USA mailing box or something similar that'd allow me to setup a G+ for business page. What do you recommend in terms of price/quality?


Also, since i'm thinking about not only selling data leads but adding phone forwarding, what service would you recommend for that? I'd like to be able to see the ammount of calls forwarded and all the other relevant data.


PS. Are you usually selling data leads and phone leads at the same price? Should I ask for an upfront payment for data leads? Really don't have an idea what'd be clients reaction to that demand to an unknown.

There are lots of threads here that address these.

1) you can try to get a UPS box, but google is cracking down on them and it is against their TOS. That being said I do see them rank in the maps, but just fyi.
2) twilio can record and forward calls - there are many plugins.

You will not get far if you try to charge up front unless you have the proper positioning/marketing in place to build trust. Local bussineses are BOMBARDED with pitches constantly. Seo/marketing/website. They don't care about that. They care about making money.
