Hello, what do you guys think about the site design? Is it good enough to get leads? I will probably add a logo later on and add more & better content for SEO, current content is temporary.

And also if you can give me some tips & tricks on local lead gen, I would really appreciate it, I'm new to this field so I'm open to criticism and advice, thanks.

looks great!

Of course, you'll still have to do A/B testing by changing colours, fonts, CTA placements, etc... but overall I think you'll get conversions with this LCP :)
Thank you, do you have any advice on how I can monetize these kind of sites? Would you recommend selling calls & leads, or rank & rent? For call tracking what software do you recommend (I need a cheap and good one) Currently don't have budget for Dialhawk. Oh and one last thing, do you have any recommendations for local seo? Thanks.

I'm not into lead gen, so I can't help I'm afraid. But yeah, selling them is an option... email marketing could also work if you link them to the right offer, and I actually think that it's better to keep them to yourself and market to them instead of selling :)

I don't know call tracking software, sorry!

Where the experts at? This newbie needs some tips

Can add AI chat bot. Testimonials, why us, achievements, faq sections for better user experience

Looks spot on to me.
Thank you very much, this is my first time doing this so I'm glad it looks good, do you have any tips on ranking these sites? Should I build social media profiles, create a GMB and maybe buy backlinks? What would you recommend? thanks

I will definitely add more stuff to the page, I was just trying to make sure the design, form and other stuff looked good.

Site’s clean, but you need a logo ASAP for brand recognition. CTA is clear, which is great for conversions. For local lead gen, hammer on local SEO—get listed in all relevant directories, gather positive reviews.

Thank you for your comment, it's an expired domain so it's already listed on many directory websites, I will ofcourse try to add to more directories, for reviews I'll see if I can get trustpilot reviews and after that I will also build a GMB and get reviews for that as well.
Nice design. But I think ranking a local site is a waste of time. I have one with over 1k search volume. It’s ranked on #1. No calls, little clicks.
Just rank GMB instead and forget your current plan.
I will try to rank it on both google and gmb, I will also be posting blog posts with local keywords in them hoping that it will get even more traffic from niche related topics.
He's obviously got bed bugs......
Well in that case we can help him out

Happy to help. For your site design, even temporary content should be clean and easy to navigate. First impressions matter.

Claim your Google My Business listing (crucial.), use local keywords, get listed in relevant directories, and encourage positive reviews (people trust them.). Local SEO takes effort, but it's worth it.
