Local forwarding phone numbers that are NOT voip

Need some local numbers that will forward to my main line and will NOT flag as voip numbers. An online phone long to go with it would be ideal. Price per month doesn't really matter, but the cheaper the better obviously.

they have multiple providers for numbers in each city, and some wont be obviously voip numbers.
