Local directory webdesign

Im looking for someone to make a local directory, with some bells and whistles [maps, gallery etc. on the listing, main map on homepage].

I would like to outsource the design to India/Philippines to get the chepest rate possible. Does anyone know what type of $$$ I should be aiming to pay? Anyone have any ppl they had been satisfied with?

I make alot of local directories because its an easy market to crush.

Because, WP themes and plugins already exist - one doesnt really need to do a huge amount of customization.

As a US provider, I would probably only bill around $200 if there wasnt a lot of custom graphics. Everything you describe is pretty stock and doesnt take much time for your developer to create.

So, if you found a good provider in different economy, I would expect you could pull it for under $75
