Local Directory Citations Needed

I need someone to build some local citations (the right way with photos that I give them, don't have videos however) and I am willing to pay. I only need 20 for now, but if you do a good job this will be an on going monthly gig. I currently have 3 clients who will need this done very month and will be needing more in the future I'm sure.

Requirements:

You must be able to do this right. The addresses have to be perfect and you have to know how to optimize the citations correctly.

These will be for Real Estate Agents.

I am only looking for 10-20 submissions per month per agent, nothing major.
