Local dev site - ‘someone breached crednetials’ dafuq

I’m using local dev with fake dev email and usernm pwd abc abc, and I just got message from wp saying the either or both are part of a data breach??? This hasn’t even left localhost and i’m using ethernet so i’m not too concerned but is it possible someone can sniff traffic. Obvs it’s not https. No idea what thats about.

I wouldn't be too concerned about it, it's probably just a security feature built in to Wordpress. The 'abc' username and passwords probably raised red flags.

There is an in-built feature in chrome that checks whether your password has been breached.
