Has anybody here tried to reach out local.com to fix/delete client listing?
Did you manage to get them do it? Did you contact the via support email, phone or anything?

I've found them responsive when I've dealt with them in the past. Has your client already claimed ownership? That could be a good place to start.

Claim button not working. Sent them an email thru their support but to no avail. I'm looking for other ways to reach them coz we don't wanna spend too much on yext
