Local buy/sell sites

Hey,

I've been having some success by posting adds to my local buy/sell website (Kijiji). I typically post an ad for my product, providing a link to my site. I typically get around 2-3 sales a day from this method. I'm looking to do this for other markets as well, but I'm not sure which sites are popular amongst locals. Hoping someone can provide a bit of help. Markets I'm looking for:

New York
Chicago
LA
Florida (Miami, Orlando)
Houston

fb marketplace, craigslist, letgo app are all decent ones. depends on what you're selling though.

Thanks for your replies. I have inventory on hand.

I only get about 20 hits a day. So the sales ratio is pretty good. I suck at SEO also, so I'm looking into that as well.

You can list of out your products on local business listing sites.
Distribute the press release article about your product on your targeted areas.

You can go with the main ones like FB Marketplace, Ebay, Backpage, etc. Most cities also have local specific ones you can search for when prospecting your cities. There are also a TON of local FB groups for yard sales that you can post in and usually not even need to do ads.

FB groups are something fairly new, but can turn out effective if you find the right niche group with potential buyers.
