Yes you can, choose a public address in the center of the area you serve

yes, a lot of business online don't even have a physical address and do just fine. It all comes down to how optimized your site is.

I’m still new to this, but from what I’ve learned you can rank using a service area business hiding your address. it’s a bit harder though. You will need a properly set up google Business Profile, strong reviews, and good local signals. Without a real address it’s more competitive, but not impossible.
