Local, big name domain

A few years back I picked up a local (Norwegian - .no) domain that I am now looking to either develop or unload.

The name is an 8-letter single word copyrigthed name from a huge video game franchise (arguably the biggest over the last 2-3 decades). Basicly its "massivegame".no.

My original plan was to develop a community site for the game(s), but I never got around to doing it and as time went by I have quit the game and need to focus on other projects.

What would you do with such a domain?
Develop it as a money-making venture? If so, any good ideas on how to proceed? (I have some money to invest, but not that much time).
Sell it off? If so, where would be a good place to sell such a name?

let it expire (not joking). Copyrighted (did you mean trademarked?? that's even worse) domains are risky to use if you don't own the rights to the copyrighted / trademarked name
