What's the best way to load up say $400 on an epassporte they won't take my 100% legit visa. Should i go buy 4 $100 prepaids?

You can either use VCC or use a service to upload fund to ePassporte.

yeah i'd rather just go open up another bank account and get whatever cc they want than wire them it looked like they were not gonna be in a hurry

or i'd rather just wu the money than use epassporte
