i have many leads and my payout is pending need help !!

I already explained you WHY you dont make money

In order to make $$$ there you need people to buy membership or something on site they sign up

pay per lead pays $2 ~ $6 per lead depending on the signups to lead ratio
your leads are pretty low (30 top and 15 avg) so they might switch you to pay per signup

40 leads * 0 signups = $0
30 leads * 1 signup (30:1) = $60
100 leads * 10 signups (10:1) = $600
etc

Anyway, i would also consider switch to pay per signup since your leads are pretty low.
Pay per signup will pay $35 per signup independent of how many leads you have.

I would do this in the beginning since they will probably switch you to pay per signup anyway

you must have a certain percentage of your people pay for membership for you to see any money. otherwise what good is your traffic to loaded cash?

what do i have to do in this case ? and there is any other affiliate program that pays on the FREE sign ups without considering any ratio or something like that

You have to think like a business. They're not going to pay you for giving them shit traffic, because they're not profiting from it. NO ONE WILL

i don't think this program has support for this board.. id.. pass on the message but the good folks of BHW have really answered your question for you

since you know the traffic is bad, yet still want to sell them as 'leads'.. what does THAT mean?
