.mobi haven't shoot much. The price of LLL .mobi domains will heavily depend on the letters. Without knowing, its hard to tell the ballpark price.

mate there are alot of xxx.mobi domain still available so they have not caught on especially now as most .com sites are html5 compatible.

There are several organizations using this acronym so if anyone of these approach you for buying then you might get a good price. Approaching them to sell might be (or not be) a good idea, perhaps a domain broker might be able to help you out.
