LLC Question mail forwarding

When creating an LLC and i don't want to use my home address so i can create a new adsense account what should i do? Can i find a mail forwarding place in my city or somewhere else and use that as the address?

You can also use a third party LLC formation service. They will use their address since they act as a "registered agent" on your behalf.

LLC formations in Delaware are usually pretty quick and easy.

But that doesn't have mail forwarding right?

and for the other person adsense doesn't allow PO boxes, nor does LLC i believe.

Yes they did have mail forwarding. This is not considered a PO box(even thought they assign a # to it since its in a city office building) , so if you wanted to have Adsense mail to it, and forward to you, or pick it up if you like, this should be fine. If Adsense doesnt mail to LLC, then maybe this would pose a problem, but i am sure there would be a way around this.

The only thing is to set up this virtual office you need a real address, and/or some notarized documents to verify you business. I remember it having a approval time, which didnt take more then 24 hours
