Hi there. I found a some guy who can provide personal / business accounts (LLC/LTD) and crypto exchanges like - Binance, OKX, Bybit, Coinbase, Bitget, MEXC, Gate, KuCoin, Kraken, HTX, etc and I took one business Kraken account from him for my business. I'm a trader and I have large volumes of about $250,000 per month but I don't want to pay taxes. need advice - do you think the government can track me down if I'm hiding my income using a crypto exchange that has no direct connection to me? Thank you

There's a considerable difference between tax reduction and tax evasion. Shell companies can help with the former, not the latter.

If you're handling $3 million a year, you're well into lawyer and accountant territory, not 'ask a forum full of people who struggle to earn $5 a month'.

At $250k/month, I definitely wouldn’t assume you’re invisible. Talk to a qualified tax professional about legal ways to structure and report your trading income instead of relying on a purchased account to hide it.

honestly using a bought account for 250k a month is a massive risk. forget the taxes for a second... kraken will eventually flag that account for a random kyc check or IP mismatch. when they lock the funds, how are you going to get them out? you cant prove you own the LLC or the identity of the person who opened it. the seller will just ghost you. its a quick way to lose everything.
