This is an interesting read. A solution might be to find a jv partner with an accounting background to serve as the "CFO". Task him/her to do the business formation, bank setup, and any annual tax reporting and bookkeeping for a small slice of equity and profits, which would be fair in return for the annual accounting work. NM looks like a great solutions. Another option, you can likely find a registered agent and do the filing yourself, signing for the agent.

I think the biggest problem with an anonomous filing is that most banks are going to want to see your name listed as a director or on the filing.

I have an idea that will solve the anonymous filing issue with the banks. Go a bit more research to do but if all goes well I should be able to offer anonymous NM and maybe Wyoming corps.
