i own a network of websites that publish google ads, so i am an adsense publisher.
that's pretty much where all of my income is from right now.
my network grows every month so i want to get the best tax advantages possible.
i might also start displaying CPA ads, but adsense is my best option now.
i also have a few ideas for new business within the upcoming months, all online stuff as well.

First do not open in NJ. Get a NY location and better than DE is WYOMING OR N.M>

I have my LLC set up in WY and it has worked out beautifully and has been totally awesome. I recommend this state for anyone setting up an LLC.
Low fees and business friendly.

Depending on the types of businesses (or liability involved) I would also look into having multiple corporations. Especially if one operation walks a thin line...other benefits as well. Best thing to have is a solid attorney, put them on retainer and consult them often
