LLC in Canada?

Just curious about whether or not you can form one in Canada... or what is the next best thing for Canadians.

lol yes you can.. it's usually reserved for partnerships and joint ventures amongst professionals and consultants (e.g. Doctors, Lawyers, etc.) to protect themselves from faults/liabilities of the other professionals acting in the practice. Could we get some more info?

Do a little bit of research or consult a small-business resource center near you. Also, this is the Ontario partnership act .. so make sure you check the appropriate statutes...
