I'm forming a single member LLC and there's the default option to get taxed as disregarded entity or I can fill out Form 2553 and have it taxed as a S-Corp. Pros and Cons of each? I'm in the U.S.

Anyone with a U.S. LLC want to share your experience with your business setup?

For the largest write offs I structure my clients LLCs as elected S corps

Utilizing standard LLCs for any industry wouldn’t get you the best tax results
