Livestream Channel Monetization

I have a Youtube Channel where i upload Live Streams from Celebrities.
Many other People also uploading the Live Streams.
My Channel got not monetised because of reused content.
If i upload the Video as the first one on youtube, is it still "Reused Content"?

How can youtube know who owns the Video?

Are there any other ways to monetise the channel?
I wanted to try OGADS but i read if you put the Link in the Description youtube will bann the Channel.
