LiveChat and follow link from your site? Need Help

Guys I'm using livechat on my page. Today i saw that they have follow link in chat. SeoFrog dont show this outgoing link. What is your opinion? Robots can see this links?

Robots can see it, yes, but it's pretty harmless. Crawlers are smart enough to determine what you're linking to (which is a chatbox provider with tons of users, not some spammy/sneaky irrelevant site). Don't worry about it too much. Paid options on those types of services usually allow you to remove the branding, which will remove the link as well, so look into that if it bugs you too much
