Live Video Streaming

Hi guys, I know it may not be the best place to ask this, but seems I only get the good answers on blackhatworld. Im looking to live stream a sports event. Anyone know of some good "free" products I can use? I used to use stickham, but thats now gone.. Any help needed please.
