Im currently operating an ecommerce site using ecwid.net as the template and was wondering what software I should use for live chat support?

Thanks for the suggestions guys, never knew these live support softwares would cost so much just for a month. Any other suggestions?

From last 5 month I'm using eAssistance Pro live chat software on my website. The software price is too low compare than other live chat and the good thing is they offers 15 days free trial.

Not only can you chat with people but it also has an analytic feature where it gives you more info about the visitor.
