Live Support options

Anyone have any experience with these? There seem to be a ton of them.
I have a niche which I think could be good for one, but want to hear from others first.
My main concern is my site is an info site and I'm worried people are gonna be asking questions about the niche all day rather than sales questions.
And what are some services? Agent included not just the software.

Try software like livezilla its free if yu need setting up I will charge a price. very cheap 10-20 dollars im willing to bargain the price.
